Domeyko Taylor Holding Company’s cerámica, located at 583 F Street, will feature 14 premium salon suites, seven elevated residences, and will also be the home to the Lincoln Potters Baseball Club’s new office and retail shop.

The innovative building, expected to open at the end of August, will be Lincoln’s first urban initiative. It will incorporate a stylish downtown living environment with space designed for small businesses in the wellness community.

“We really focused on Downtown Lincoln because it has a great traditional downtown structure providing existing services and walkability, but also has enough opportunities that we can be successful building there and continue to build relationships in the community,” said Taylor Builders LLC President Clifton Taylor.

“We’ve done business in Lincoln for a long time and this sort of became a passion project where we wanted to do something cool and show our willingness to take some risks on pushing something forward that hasn’t been done in a long time,” Taylor added.

The project seeks to create a regional impact on the community by inspiring further growth and revitalization that aligns with the City of Lincoln’s Downtown master plan reboot.

“It’s exciting that it’s located in the heart of Downtown Lincoln and is bringing this new level of urban development in a really great location,” said DTHC President Isabel Domeyko. “For me, it’s adding to the richness of the different uses in Downtown Lincoln, and hopefully, this is going to be a catalytic project for the area that inspires other developers and builders to see the potential of revitalizing the downtown,” she added.

Ahead of cerámica’s opening in August, a website featuring information about the mixed-use space has been launched. The salon suites and residences are currently available for pre-leasing through the website, and those who wish to see the property can also book hard hat tours.
